RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University football team concluded preseason practice #10 Monday morning at Roy Kidd Stadium. The first scrimmage, which was scheduled for this past Saturday evening, was cut short due to severe thunderstorms in the area.

Below are some key dates to keep in mind as the football season quickly approaches:

Saturday, Aug. 21 – Preseason scrimmage #2, 7 p.m., Roy Kidd Stadium
Wednesday, Aug. 25 – Preseason scrimmage #3, 7 p.m., Roy Kidd Stadium
Thursday, Aug. 26 – Colonel Club Fish Fry, 6:30 p.m., Roy Kidd Stadium
Saturday, Aug. 28 – Season Ticket Holder Special Event, 5:30 p.m., Moberly Building
Saturday, Aug. 28 – Meet the Colonels Night, 6:30 p.m., Roy Kidd Stadium
Tuesday, Aug. 31 – The Dean Hood Radio Show, 7 p.m., Gillum’s Sports Lounge
