Eastern Kentucky University Athletics

Dawes joined Eastern Kentucky University Athletics in May 2025 as Assistant Director of Marketing.

Dawes works with marketing and promotions for women’s basketball, softball, and volleyball.

Prior to EKU, she served as a Sport Marketing and Fan Engagement Graduate Assistant at Ball State University from 2023–25. Dawes earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Miami University (Ohio) and her Master of Arts in Sport Administration from Ball State University.
