RICHMOND, Ky. – Former EKU football player
Josh Minor has been inducted into the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society, the organization recently announced.
Minor was a senior offensive lineman on the 2015 team. The Atlanta, Georgia native was limited to nine games and six starts his senior season due to an injury. He helped EKU rank 30th in the nation with an average of 256 passing yards per game and was part of an offensive line that allowed the 34th fewest sacks in FCS football. As a junior in 2014 he started all 13 games while helping the Colonel offense average over 31 points per game and earn a spot in the NCAA FCS playoffs.
The Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who maintained a cumulative 3.2 grade-point-average throughout their college career and was a starter or significant contributor during their last season of eligibility.
Minor is one of 868 players from across all divisions to qualify for membership.
